Foggy Rice Fields

This is a photo of what the rice fields looked like one day last week on my way to school. It was a very foggy day. And the fog was exacerbated by the smoke from all the fires. Autumn is a beautiful season here, but the air is often choked with smoke from farmers who like to think that everything that isn't growing should be burned.
